Stone Gutter Systems
Stone gutter systems are unique to South Florida architecture. They require specific knowledge, materials, and technique — and we've been doing this right since 2008.
Stone gutter systems are built into the roofline of many South Florida homes — they're not add-on aluminum gutters. When they fail, water doesn't just overflow; it penetrates the roof structure, fascia, and interior. Standard gutter contractors don't have the stone restoration or waterproofing background to repair them correctly. We do.
What We Do
Every component of the system — from the stone channel to the downspout connection — inspected, repaired, and waterproofed.
Thorough inspection of the entire stone gutter system — joints, channels, downspout connections, and waterproof membrane condition.
Clearing accumulated debris, biological growth, and sediment that blocks drainage and accelerates deterioration.
Repointing failed mortar joints and filling cracks in the stone channel before water can penetrate the substrate.
Applying a continuous waterproof membrane inside the gutter channel — the critical step most contractors skip.
Repairing or replacing failed downspout connections and ensuring proper drainage slope throughout the system.
Final sealing of all exposed stone surfaces to resist water absorption and extend the life of the repair.
Our Process
We assess every component — channel condition, joint integrity, drainage slope, and membrane status.
Remove all debris, failed material, and biological growth. Prepare the substrate for proper adhesion.
Fill cracks, repoint joints, and restore the structural integrity of the stone channel.
Apply membrane inside the channel and protective sealant on all exposed stone surfaces.
We'll inspect the full system and tell you exactly what it needs.
